You'll Need:

• 1 sheet of pretty paper

• Small paper scrap in a contrasting colour

• Glue

• Scissors

Steps:

 

 

1. Turn the paper over, right side down and draw the outline of a hat in pencil, before cutting

 

2. Cut a thin strip of paper in the contrasting colour, and paste across the front of your hat, to make a ribbon

 

3. Cut two more thin strips and position as though flapping in the wind

 

4. Using your hole punch, cut a hole in the centre

 

5. Thread the straw through the centre of the hat
