You'll Need:

 

• 1 x chinese noodle box per bucket

• green wool (or any colour of your choice)

• coloured felt

• 3 x small pom poms

• 1 pair googly eyes

• glue

• sticky tape (optional)

 

 

Steps:

 

1. Take one end of your wool and sticky tape it to the front of your bucket. (Don't worry, you can cover this tape with the wool and it won't be seen.)  Wind wool around your bucket until it is completely covered from bottom to top.

 

2. Take your felt, and cut out circles for your eyes.  We've made the left eye bigger than the right, so if you want to do the same, simply cut one extra large circle, and the then one medium circle.  Next, cut two small circles.  Glue these flat onto the wool, like the picture, with the smaller circles on top.  Next, glue down your googly eyes.

 

3.  Cut out a crescent shape for your monster's mouth.  Place three pom poms on top, for teeth and glue in place.

 

4. Allow to dry.

 

5. Trick or treat and fill with all your lollies!

 

 

 

 

2. Black Cat

 

You'll Need:

 

• 1 x chinese noodle box per bucket

• black wool

• 30 cms white wool or 3 pipe cleaners

• 1/8 x sheet of black felt

• 1/8 x sheet pink felt

• small piece of green felt

• glue

• sticky tape (optional)

 

 

Steps:

 

1. Take one end of your wool and sticky tape it to the front of your bucket. (Don't worry, you can cover this tape with the wool and it won't be seen.)  Wind wool around your bucket until it is completely covered from bottom to top.

 

2. Take your felt, and cut out two ovals for your eyes from your green felt.  Then cut two tiny circles from black felt for pupils. Glue these flat onto the wool, like the picture, with the smaller circles on top. 

 

3.  Cut out a tiny triangle for your cat's nose. Take your white wool and cut into even lengths of about 10 cms for whiskers.  If you are using pipe cleaners instead, bend these into shape.  Place a small dob of glue underneath the whiskers and then glue your cats nose over the top, to hold everything in place.

 

4. Take your black felt and cut two small triangles.  Next, cut two even smaller pink triangles to fit inside, as ears.  Glue into place.

 

4. Allow to dry.

 

5. Trick or treat and fill with all your lollies!
