Easy Hollandaise sauce for a mother's day breakfast in minutes

(With a little help from Dad or Gran), Mummy's favourite little chefs can whip up a Mother's Day breakfast to rival the best.

You'll Need:

  • egg yolks

  • 2 tbs water

  • 175g unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

  • 2 tbs lemon juice, squeezed

  • salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Steps:

1. Take your oreos and carefully twist them apart.  You'll need to be gentle, as they break easily. I read this on Easy Baked , but didn't break any at the twisting stage. Of course, then I got a little cocky and went full steam ahead, only to realise that they break at every stage. So be warned. And enjoy eating the broken ones ;-)

 

 

2. Next take one of your cake pop sticks and make an indentation in the white filling of each cookie.
